Sounds From the Borderline 2019

Sounds from the Borderline 2019 presented it’s first ever all Australian music festival in Queensland’s drought stricken Goondiwindi. With a massive a lineup of Australia’s most iconic music artists, which featured Aussie legends James Reyne, Diesel, Shannon Noll, Moving Pictures, Bachelor Girl and the Colt Seavers Band

This beautiful little town of Goondiwindi all came together to try and put behind them the devastation of the effect of this Queensland drought. It was so amazing to see the amount of support throughout the community and all the bands coming together travelling so far to play for this great event.

Headlining was former Australian Crawl frontman James Reyne. Now a solo artist for 30 years, he still puts on an incredible show.

Rock ‘n’ roll god, Diesel was most definitely on fire and never disappointing with his mesmerising guitar solos.

Shannon Noll was also a hit with this country crowd! No stranger to droughts having grown up on farm himself and having felt the effects of what droughts can do to families. He belted out his sensational hit ‘Drive’ which saw his fans wanting more.

Moving Pictures rocked out with their 80’s classic song ‘What About Me’ which had the whole of the showgrounds singing.

Pop duo Bachelor Girl’s Tania Doko still to this day having the most amazing stage presence and her whole performance was just awesome.

Opening up was good old Colt Seavers band entertaining with their country rock set.
