Fresh off the back of his debut Australian tour which included sold out headlining Melbourne and Sydney shows plus huge sets on Listen Out festival, Petit Biscuit has joined Ben and Liam in the triple j studio for his first ever Like A Version today. Recently cracking half a billion streams on Spotify, Petit Biscuit’s debut album Presence was released to critical acclaim including a triple j feature album. Containing singles Sunset LoverProblems feat. LidoWake Up feat. Bipolar Sunshine & Cautious Clay and Waterfall feat. Panama, the album received a nomination for Best New Album at France’s Victoires de la Musique which is France’s highest musical honour.

Classically trained from a young age, Petit Biscuit—a.k.a. 18-year-old Mehdi Benjelloun—plays piano, guitar, cello and more, and began experimenting with electronics to form his signature sound at the young age of 11. Presence is heavily informed by his schooling, combining acoustic elements with innovative electronic production and his trademark vocal manipulations.
