MUMFORD & SONS SHARE SECOND TRACK ‘IF I SAY’ FROM FORTHCOMING ALBUM DELTA AUSTRALIAN SHOWS SELLING FAST

Mumford & Sons are pleased to share the second song from their forthcoming fourth album, Delta. ‘If I Say’ is streaming now, and premiered as ‘World Record’ this evening on Zane Lowe’s Beats 1 show.

Recorded at London’s The Church Studios and produced by Paul Epworth, ‘If I Say’ also features a string arrangement by renowned British film score composer Sally Herbert, which swoops, soars and swells around the intimate, reflective and suitably intense vocal. It’s a different atmosphere to that of the belting return single ‘Guiding Light’, and suggests a record with a more experimental tendency.

Available now on pre-sale, Delta is released on the 16th November via Dew Process/UMA.

The band recently debuted ‘Guiding Light’ in the US, live on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” featuring special guests The Roots.

In celebration of the album, the band will embark on an extensive 63-date worldwide arena tour this year, featuring a unique in-the-round stage design. Tickets are on sale now. See below for Australian tour details. Remaining tickets are on sale now.

The six month run routes the band up and down the UK, followed by a brief stop in the US and Canada ahead of Christmas. In January, they head over to Australia and New Zealand (including the first Gentlemen of the Road show of the campaign in Auckland), before heading back over to the US for a more substantial run of shows, concluding with sixteen dates across Europe.

The band will play to an incredible 820,000 fans across the world. Support in the UK and the US (2018 dates) comes from the magnificent Maggie Rogers, and the peerless Michael Kiwanuka in support for Australia.
